SHIPPING POLICIES

Public Shipping Policies:

⦁ Due to fluctuations of incoming order, we can not guarantee packing times; however, orders are packed and processed in the order they are received. Typical packing time varies between 1 business day up to 5 business days.
⦁ Shipping times quoted are based on the carrier's estimated timeframe, but are not guaranteed.

Parcels:

⦁ Parcels are shipped via USPS Priority mail, which is typically 1-3 business days. Weather conditions, postal holidays, and high volume delays are to be expected periodically.
⦁ USPS will not allow us to file a claim until 15 days from the departure date.
⦁ USPS Priority mail includes $50 insurance per box, additional insurance can be purchased by request.
⦁ We do not assume responsibility for any items or packages lost in transit or sent to the wrong address. We also do not assume responsibility for packages delivered to public settings that are lost, stolen, or damaged as a result.

Freight:

⦁ Please always provide us with business hours for better service.
⦁ Pallet deliveries should be inspected upon delivery and not accepted if there is major damage. If there is light visible damage, it should be noted on the BOL and we ask that you contact us immediately. If there is more extensive damage, the delivery should be rejected and sent back to us. Once the shipment is accepted, neither us nor the carrier can be held responsible for any claims.
⦁ If there is no dock or forklift for unloading, you will be subject to a lift gate charge for unloading pallets from the truck.
