Daddy’s Vapor Acquires Cloud Nurdz

Daddy’s Vapor is pleased to announce that we have entered into a definitive acquisition agreement with Cloud Nurdz, a brand renowned for its line-up of sweet fruit flavored e-liquids from Watermelon Apple, Blue Razz Lemon, Grape Apple, and many more. 

This acquisition further strengthens Daddy’s Vapor position in the global vape market as the exclusive distributor of award-winning e-liquids such as Twist, Lost Art, Off the Record, Fryd, Pop Clouds, Milkshake, among many others.

Cloud Nurdz will join this famed roster of e-liquid brands and provides a wide range of offerings including 6 PMTA submitted flavors, iced flavors, salts, and tobacco free nicotine flavors. The PMTA flavors expands Daddy’s Vapor’s full offering to 41 total freebase and salt flavors which have been PMTA submitted. 

We will work closely with our clients and partners to make the integration process as smooth as possible. Daddy’s Vapor will now assume all sales, distribution, and marketing of Cloud Nurdz effective immediately. Wholesale and retail customers will continue to receive the same high quality products and service, which they have come to expect from Daddy’s Vapor and Cloud Nurdz.
