BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE DADDY’S VAPOR REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT ACCESS OR PARTICIPATE IN THE DADDY’S VAPOR REWARDS PROGRAM.

These Terms of Use include an arbitration provision that governs any disputes between you and us. Unless you opt out as described in the arbitration provision below, this provision will:

• eliminate your right to a trial by jury; and
• substantially affect your rights, including preventing you from bringing, joining or participating in class or consolidated proceedings. 

You agree that we may provide notices, disclosures and amendments to these Terms of Use, and other information relating to the Daddy's Vapor Rewards program by electronic means, including posting such information and materials online at https://www.daddysvapor.com.

These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the Daddy's Vapor Rewards program in the United States ("Daddy's Vapor Rewards"), which is operated by Daddy's Vapor Corporation or its respective subsidiaries, licensees and affiliated companies (collectively, "Daddy's Vapor"). These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Daddy's Vapor for other products or services. Daddy's Vapor reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to Daddy's Vapor Rewards, in whole or in part, at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.daddysvapor.com, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your continued access to or participation in Daddy's Vapor Rewards following any such changes or modifications confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms of Use and the policies, FAQs and guidelines pertaining to Daddy's Vapor Rewards frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your access to and participation in Daddy's Vapor Rewards. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must stop accessing and participating in Daddy's Vapor Rewards. 

Daddy's Vapor Rewards is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited. Daddy's Vapor Rewards is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 21.

About Daddy's Vapor Rewards

Daddy's Vapor Rewards is one way in which Daddy's Vapor endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing our business and purchasing products sold on www.DaddysVapor.com. Daddy's Vapor Rewards members are able to earn and accumulate "Points" that can be redeemed for Daddy's Vapor Rewards benefits on www.DaddysVapor.com.

Daddy's Vapor Rewards Eligibility

To be eligible to join Daddy's Vapor Rewards in accordance with these Terms of Use, you must create an account on www.DaddysVapor.com with a valid email address and be a U.S. resident since the rewards program is available to U.S. residents only. 

You must also be at least 21 years of age and be able to provide proof of age when acquiring points or redeeming points for rewards. Otherwise, you will be ineligible to participate in the Daddy’s Vapor Rewards program. 

Earning Points

The rewards that are available to you through Daddy's Vapor Rewards are based on the number of points that you earn. You can earn points for purchases, creating an account, referrals, your birthday, following our Instagram, and signing up for our mailing list. Points are added immediately after completing a point rewarding action. The quantity of points awarded for the above actions are as follows:

• Purchase - 5 points per $1 spent (or $1 U.S. equivalent for other currencies)
• Create an Account - 250 points
• Refer a Friend - 500 points
• Birthday Reward - 500 points
• Follow Twist E-liquids on Instagram - 200 points
• Sign Up for Mailing List -  50 points

You will earn points based on the value of your purchase at the rate of five (5) points for each one U.S. Dollar ($1.00) you spend on our site. Per FDA regulations, in redeeming points for purchase of an e-liquid product or tobacco product, customers will be required by law to have a minimum spend amount to be paid by the customer for the order; therefore, a minimum spend amount will automatically be calculated at checkout with the code the customer receives in order to redeem points. With the code, the customer will be responsible for payment in order for Daddy’s Vapor to complete and process the order.

Point Redemption

As a member of Daddy's Vapor Rewards, you are eligible to redeem points for discounts on items in our online store. Please note, points cannot be redeemed until 14 days after they are rewarded. The point redemption tiers for redeeming points are as follows:

• $5 Discount - 500 points
• $10 Discount - 1000 points
• $25 Discount - 2500 points
• 5% Discount - 300 points
• 10% Discount - 650 points 

Other Important Information You Should Know 

These Terms of Use complement and incorporate by reference the Daddy's Vapor Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the Daddy's Vapor Card Terms and Conditions and these Terms of Use, the Daddy's Vapor Card Terms and Conditions control.

There are no participation or membership fees associated with Daddy's Vapor Rewards. Points accrued in connection with Daddy's Vapor Rewards are promotional, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. In addition, your redemption of points accrued in connection with Daddy's Vapor Rewards cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts that are applicable to the Rewards for which you are redeeming such points, unless otherwise expressly indicated by Daddy's Vapor.

Without notice to you, Daddy's Vapor also reserves the right to "unregister" and make ineligible any Daddy's Vapor Rewards account that has been inactive for two (2) consecutive years. Inactivity is defined as no points earned during such two (2) consecutive year periods. In the event that your Daddy's Vapor Rewards account is unregistered or rendered inactive, all accrued points in your Daddy's Vapor Rewards account are void. 

Daddy's Vapor reserves the right to change, modify, discontinue or cancel Daddy's Vapor Rewards or any part of Daddy's Vapor Rewards, at any time and in its sole discretion, without notice to you. Please note, points cannot be redeemed until 14 days after they are rewarded.
