Warranty, Exchanges and Returns

DV Brands proudly offers an industry-leading 60 Day Buy Back Guarantee*. If you are not 100% satisfied, we gladly accept returns for credit.

For warranty on defective hardware, we offer a 6-Month Warranty* on our hardware devices. We require a photo of the products, and based on the communication with our representatives, we may require you to send the products back to us. Please keep the defective products in a plastic bag labeled with the invoice number and date of purchase. If we decide to honor a return without requiring the items to be sent back, we may request previously submitted warranty requests to be sent back to us as well, so do not discard defectives up to 1 year from date of purchase. Approved warranty requests will receive credit on their account.

Credits do not expire and can be used on any of the products we offer.

To begin the return process, simply create a support ticket or email your representative (or info@dvbrands.com) with your order number and a brief message about why you would like to send the product(s) back so we can better serve you. 

*This may exclude sale items and will be noted on the invoice if this does not apply.
