Daddy’s Vapor Acquires Sadboy E-liquids

Daddy’s Vapor is pleased to announce that we have entered into a definitive acquisition agreement with Sadboy E-liquids, a brand that’s well renowned for its line-up of fruit, cookie, jam, nola, and cotton candy flavors 

Saboy joins Daddy’s Vapor’s line-up of award-winning e-liquids which include famed brands such as Twist, Cloud Nurdz, Lost Art, Off the Record, Fryd, Pop Clouds, Milkshake, and many more.

Sadboy will also be one of the three major brands in the industry which have been accepted by the FDA for the PMTA process. Therefore, Daddy’s Vapor provides its domestic partners with even more ‘PMTA Accepted’ flavor options to choose from. 

We will work closely with our clients and partners to make the integration process as smooth as possible. Daddy’s Vapor will now assume all sales, distribution, and marketing of Sadboy effective immediately. Wholesale and retail customers will continue to receive the same high quality products and service, which they have come to expect from Daddy’s Vapor and Sadboy E-liquids.
