IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT ACCESS OR PARTICIPATE IN THE DADDY’S VAPOR SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM.

These Terms of Use include an arbitration provision that governs any disputes between you and us. Unless you opt out as described in the arbitration provision below, this provision will:

• eliminate your right to a trial by jury; and
• substantially affect your rights, including preventing you from bringing, joining or participating in class or consolidated proceedings.

These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the Daddy's Vapor Subscription program in the United States ("Daddy's Vapor Subscription"), which is operated by Daddy's Vapor Corporation or its respective subsidiaries, licensees and affiliated companies (collectively, "Daddy's Vapor"). These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Daddy's Vapor for other products or services. Daddy's Vapor reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to Daddy's Vapor Subscription, in whole or in part, at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.daddysvapor.com, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your continued access to or participation in Daddy's Vapor Subscription following any such changes or modifications confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms of Use and the policies, FAQs and guidelines pertaining to Daddy's Vapor Subscription frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your access to and participation in Daddy's Vapor Subscription. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must stop accessing and participating in Daddy's Vapor Subscription. 

Daddy's Vapor Subscription is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited. Daddy's Vapor Subscription is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 21.

About Daddy's Vapor Subscription

Daddy's Vapor Subscription is one way in which Daddy's Vapor endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing our business and purchasing products sold on www.DaddysVapor.com. Daddy's Vapor Subscription members are able to get discounts and free shipping on orders through www.DaddysVapor.com. You can cancel, edit, or pause your subscription any time before your shipment is sent. Subscription details are subject to change per the discretion of Daddy’s Vapor.

Daddy's Vapor Subscription Eligibility

To be eligible to join Daddy's Vapor Subscription in accordance with these Terms of Use, you must create an account on www.DaddysVapor.com with a valid email address and be a U.S. resident since the subscription program is available to U.S. residents only. 

You must also be at least 21 years of age and be able to provide proof of age when beginning your subscription. Otherwise, you will be ineligible to participate in the Daddy’s Vapor Subscription program. 

Other Important Information You Should Know 

These Terms of Use complement and incorporate by reference the Daddy's Vapor Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the Daddy's Vapor Card Terms and Conditions and these Terms of Use, the Daddy's Vapor Card Terms and Conditions control.

Daddy's Vapor reserves the right to change, modify, discontinue or cancel Daddy's Vapor Subscription or any part of Daddy's Vapor Subscription, at any time and in its sole discretion, without notice to you.
